Description

Do you work with lacustrine sediments and paleoclimate data? Join us to learn to run a lake proxy system model in both Python and a desktop application.

The PRYSM Lake Proxy SFurther informationystem Model is a physically based, forward model of lacustrine systems which includes:

  • lake processes (energy balance, water balance)
  • paleoclimate proxy forward models (e.g. leaf wax hydrogen isotopes, GDGTs)
  • depositional processes (sedimentation, compaction, bioturbation)
  • simulation of age uncertainties
