The IGBP Sediment Workshop was held from 25-27 September 2000 in Boulder, Colorado, USA.
The main aim was to concentrate on anthropogenic influences on the supply and flux of sediment along hydrological pathways on a global scale.
Papers from the meeting will be published as a special issue of Global and Planetary Change.
This meeting is a follow-up to the first IGBP Water Group meeting held in Stockholm, Sweden, from 7-9 February 2000.
