XII Subfossil Cladocera Workshop

The Subfossil Cladocera Workshop is an informal and international meeting of people who work with subfossil remains of Cladocera in lake and wetland sediments and are interested in cladoceran ecology. The main goal of the workshop is to discuss topical methodological, taxonomical, and ecological aspects of subfossil Cladocera research.

The scientific part of the workshop includes short presentations: both oral and poster, by participants about their ongoing work, and a microscoping session. Attention will be paid also to teaching young scientists in the field of subfossil cladocerans and paleolimnology. The workshop will follow the tradition of previous workshops and maintain the original informality and cozy atmosphere.
