International Conference on Opportunities and Challenges in Monsoon Prediction in a Changing Climate

Indian Institute of Tropical Meteorology (IITM) in association with World Climate Research Programme (WCRP) and World Weather Research Programme (WWRP) of World Meteorological Organization (WMO) proudly announces the International Conference on Opportunities and Challenges in Monsoon Prediction in a Changing Climate (OCHAMP-2012) during the period 21-25 February, 2012 Pune, INDIA. The Conference is being organized to commemorate the Golden Jubilee of the Indian Institute of Tropical Meteorology and will be dedicated to Monsoon Prediction in a Changing Climate. The focus of the five-day long event will be on the opportunities and challenges in prediction the global monsoon (especially the Asion Monsoon) in a changing climate.
