With a theme of Archean to Anthropocene: The past is the key to the future, the gathering will bring together government, academic, and private researchers, along with educators, students, and administrators, to exchange ideas and forge relationships that will play a large role in determining the direction and application of the geological sciences in the coming years.
This year, GSA will offer a new presentation format optionâthe digital poster. Presenters will have a large monitor on which to display animations and interactive materials in addition to the standard poster board.
