The International Decade of East African Lakes (IDEAL) Drilling Initiative for the African Great Lakes

This paper arose from an IDEAL (International Decade of East African Lakes) planning workshop for a drilling campaign held October 10–16, 1999, at Club Makakola, on the southwest shore of Lake Malawi. IDEAL was a former PAGES Initiative.
