This document aims to define the Strategy and Research Plan for the PAGES Floods Working Group (FWG) for the coming years. It was created following the 2016 "Cross community workshop on past flood variability" workshop in Grenoble, France, and the FWG Annual Meeting in Zaragoza, Spain, in 2017.
