Phase 2 - Global temperature database

During Phase 2 of the PAGES 2k project, the regional temperature paleo-record database build up for the Phase 1 continental-scale reconstructions (see below) was updated.

The new, global database gathers 692 records from 648 locations, with data sources covering all continents and oceans. Data were selected and vetted in a collaborative manner by members of the consortium, according to a consistent and transparent set of criteria.

Phase 1 - Temperature Reconstructions
