Congratulations to Professor Zhimin Jian who has been elected Academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS)!
Zhimin Jian, a paleoceanographer at State Key Laboratory of Marine Geology and School of Ocean and Earth Science, Tongji University, Shanghai, China, has been a PAGES SSC member from 2018 and he is currently member of the EXCOM, and Co-Chair of the PAGES. We hope that he will continue to hold the "Paleoscience Flag" high for all paleoscientists throughout the world.
