2k Network paper out today

A new PAGES 2k Network paper has been published in Nature Climate Change today.

Written by Julie Jones et al., "Assessing recent trends in high-latitude Southern Hemisphere surface climate" focuses on this highly complex and critically important component of the global climate system, which remains poorly understood. The consortium analyses recent atmosphere, surface ocean and sea-ice observations in this region, and their trends in the context of paleoclimate records and climate model simulations.

The paper is a product of the PAGES-supported Antarctica and Southern Ocean workshop held in California in 2015.
