Past Global Changes Magazine vol. 29 (2)

The new Past Global Changes Magazine, titled "Paleoclimate Modelling Intercomparison Project (PMIP): 30th anniversary", is now available to read and download.

This issue was edited by Paul Valdes, Pascale Braconnot, Katrin Meissner and Sarah Eggleston. It celebrates the 30th anniversary of the Paleoclimate Modelling Intercomparison Project (PMIP). PMIP started the same year as the PAGES project and has been highly influential in focusing the paleoclimate modeling and data communities on key aspects of past changes and the link to future climate change. This issue covers the story of the foundation of PMIP, some of the key results and impact of the research, and a discussion of the very latest results and upcoming initiatives.

Read the issue here. We hope you enjoy it!

In addition, PAGES will be hosting a webinar on 8 December: “Using simulation results from the Palaeoclimate Model Intercomparison Project” > Details
